As part of my job as an art director for a TV station with cable channels offered abroad, I needed to come up with 3 promo plugs to commemorate US Veterans Day on November 11. One of the plugs used brush pen illustrations I made. I enjoyed drawing these images but the originals are a bit small - chosen for expediency's sake, I would have preferred a larger format - and I used a rather large brush pen. Linework was traditionally sketched, scanned then colored in Photoshop. "Portraits" will air on GMA International to commemorate US Veterans' Day on November 11.

My wife and I designed and produced some stuff for our friends' wedding. I just did the designs -- including hand drawn designs on each envelope and a papercraft invite, bookmarkers and signs -- while my wife did most of the heavy work including some lovely paper airplane curtains :P

know. feel. cry. laugh. get dizzy. get curious. get mad. just turn that page.

use pencils. pens. paint. paper. walls. anything. just keep on making.

see what's around. what's obvious. what's not.

go here. go there. get lost. get found.
