Joe Pass was an American virtuoso jazz guitarist of Sicilian descent. He is generally considered to be one of the greatest jazz guitarists of the 20th century. His extensive use of walking bass lines, melodic counterpoint during improvisation, use of a chord-melody style of playing and outstanding knowledge of chord inversions and progressions opened up new possibilities for the jazz guitar and had a profound influence on later guitarists. Malapit na. #gicleeprint #illustration #giclee Here's a pre-press proof of the first piece in the limited edition "Meryenda" set. Proofing is probably the most difficult step in producing the print. This pre-press proof is where I decide o n how the colors will look in final printing, taking into consideration the properties of the digital file, the inks and the material the piece will be printed on. The final print will be made on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl 320 from the Hahnemühle Digital FineArt Collection. Halo-Halo (signed 8"x10" Limited-edition giclee print; #1 in the "Meryenda" set) will be available and released on the last week of October. PM me for inquiries.
